SPRYNGtm offers refunds or replacements for items with manufacturing defects.
If you believe your SPRYNGtm units are defective, please send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with a video and/or an image showcasing the defect. We will get back to you within 3 working days with our response
In the case of a proven manufacturing defect, we will offer two options. First, would be the option for a replacement product. The other would be for a refund. The refunds may take 3-5 business days to process for US credit cards or 7-10 business days for international credit cards.
