This SPRYNG Digital Privacy Policy (USA) (“Privacy Policy”) describes how SPRYNG a website owned and operated by MAS Design Inc and/or its subsidiaries or affiliates (“we/us”) (“SPRYNG”) collect and use your information through a variety of digital means. By accessing or using this website or mobile application (the “Site”) on any computer, mobile phone, tablet, console or other device (collectively, “Device”), you consent to our Privacy Policy. SPRYNG may modify this Privacy Policy at any time effective upon its posting. Your continued use of the Site constitutes your acceptance to this Privacy Policy and any updates.  BY USING THE SITE, YOU AGREE TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY AS UPDATED FROM TIME TO TIME; IF YOU DO NOT AGREE, DO NOT USE THE SITE.  This Privacy Policy is incorporated into, and is subject to, the Terms of Use.

 

WHAT INFORMATION SPRYNG COLLECTS.

 

SPRYNG collects information in the following ways:

Active collection: information you provide to us when you purchase a product on the Site or register to receive alerts on Product accouncements.  We may ask you to provide us with your name, your surname, your email address and other limited amount of personal information. We will only use this information to fulfil orders placed on the Site, optimize our Products, learn more about our customers, including to build a database of interested consumers who can help SPRYNG finalize and customize its Products, and identify potential early adopters to whom we will send email and other marketing messages about our Products.  The personal information SPRYNG collects allows us to keep you posted on our latest Product announcements.  To unsubscribe from receiving content or offers from SPRYNG, send an email to hello@spryngme.com with the word "unsubscribe" in the subject line.

 

Passive collection: information which is automatically collected, without your knowledge, as you navigate through and interact with the content on the Site, as well as install information on your Device (such as cookies).

The sole purpose of passively collecting your information is to understand the visitors’ behavior and engagement to different areas of the Site, along with to improve the overall customer experience.

Through the tracking code embedded in our Site, the information collected includes:

WHAT WE COLLECT FROM OTHER SPRYNG INTERACTIONS AND THIRD PARTIES

We may combine information you give us with other information from SPRYNG sources, transactions and communications. This may include, but is not limited to, information from SPRYNG stores, direct mail, catalogs, events, products and applications, or other SPRYNG interactions. We may also combine that information with data that is publicly available and data from third parties. We also collect information about gift recipients provided by the giver.

 

CHILDREN’S PRIVACY

SPRYNG understands the importance of taking extra precautions to protect the privacy and safety of children using the Site. We do not knowingly collect or solicit personal information from children under 13, or the equivalent minimum age in the relevant jurisdiction, and these children are not permitted to create their own account on SPRYNG, unless their parent provides consent.

 

If SPRYNG learns that we have collected the personal information of a child under 13, or equivalent minimum age depending on jurisdiction, outside the above circumstances we will take all reasonable steps to delete the information as soon as possible.

SPRYNG FAMILY

We may provide your information to MAS Design Inc, its holding company, subsidiaries and affiliates, some of which may be outside the U.S. (“SPRYNG Family”). 

 

SERVICE PROVIDERS

We may transfer your information to SPRYNG Family service providers to conduct our business. For example, they may handle data management, email distribution, market research, information analysis, and promotions management. We may also share your information to administer features (e.g. music download, race registration, or workout routine).

 

BY LAW OR TO PROTECT RIGHTS

We may disclose information upon governmental request, in response to a court order, when required by law, to enforce our policies, or to protect our or others’ rights, property or safety. We may share information to prevent illegal uses of SPRYNG’s products and services or violations of the Terms of Use, or to defend ourselves against third-party claims. We may also share information with companies assisting in fraud protection or investigation.

 

BUSINESS TRANSFERS

Your information may be transferred to a third party as a part of our business assets in a sale of a part or all of SPRYNG. If this should happen, notice will be provided by posting to the Site or other form of communication.

SHARING YOU CHOOSE

You may choose to share certain information. In order to participate in certain features, you may have to adjust your privacy settings and share more information. You may also choose to share your activity on other Sites, such as Facebook and Twitter. Please read the privacy policies of those Sites, because your SPRYNG activity published on those Sites will no longer be governed by SPRYNG’s Privacy Policy.

Security Measures: We use a variety of security measures, including encryption and authentication tools, to help protect your information. We use secure servers when you place orders. All credit card information you supply is transmitted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and then encrypted within our databases.

However, like other companies, SPRYNG cannot guarantee 100% the security or confidentiality of the information you provide to us.

 

CHOICES

MODIFYING OR DELETING YOUR INFORMATION

You can modify or delete your profile within certain SPRYNG services, through your account. Your information previously posted may still be publicly viewable. SPRYNG may keep information and content in our backup files and archives.

 

COMMUNICATION/UNSUBSCRIBE/OPT-OUT

Regardless of the settings you select, SPRYNG may send your service-related communications. To unsubscribe and stop receiving messages, please send an email to hello@spryngme.com with the word "unsubscribe" in the subject line.  If you have unsubscribed from any SPRYNG communications, due to production schedules, you may receive communications already in production.

 

DO NOT TRACK

SPRYNG does not track its customers over time and across third party Sites to provide targeted advertising and therefore does not respond to Do Not Track (DNT) signals. However, some third party sites do keep track of your browsing activities when they serve you content, which enables them to tailor what they present to you. If you are visiting such sites, Safari allows you to set the DNT signal on your browser so that third parties (particularly advertisers) know you do not want to be tracked. The SPRYNG Site contains a feature that permits you to share your feedback on the Site.  If you have questions about how to remove content in a specific service or if you would like additional assistance with deletion you can contact our Support team directly here [insert email address].  Although we offer this deletion capability, you should be aware that the removal of content may not ensure complete or comprehensive removal of that content or information posted through the services.

Our digital operations are conducted, in whole or in part, in the United States.  Regardless of where you live, you consent to have your personal data transferred, processed and stored in the United States, and allow SPRYNG to use and collect your personal information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
